We appreciate your business!


Unfortunately, we do NOT offer refunds or exchanges due to hygiene concerns.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

We are not responsible for any lost or stolen merchandise.


Orders placed over a holiday, custom orders or requests for a larger quantity than what we have in stock may take a littler longer. Feel free to inquire through email before ordering.


It is our desire to satisfy our customers. We will gladly repair any bracelets that are damaged within 10 days of purchase at no charge. Just return it to us with a paid self-addressed envelope. Any damages after 10 days of purchase, will be assessed a repair fee of $10 per bracelet plus the cost of shipping.

Each piece must be treated with care. Daily wear will weakened the beading cord and continuous contact with skin, oils and perfumes may cause the metals to tarnish more quickly than normal.

  • Bracelet Sizing: Bracelets come in a size 7.5 inches for women and 8 inches for men. If you need your bracelets sized smaller(6.5 - 7 inches) or larger(9 - 9.5 inches) please notify me.

All custom designed bracelets are handmade. Due to this nature there may be slight variations in items as with all handmade products. Items purchased will hold true to their pictures.


Custom orders are available and welcome, please feel free to send us a message through our Contact Us form with the subject titled "Custom Order." Please be as specific about your ideas, vision, purpose and occasion and we will follow up with you on pricing and turnaround times.


All of our packages are shipped via the US Postal Service.

All orders are shipped USPS First Class Mail. 

Please allow 2-7 business days (10 - 21 days for Canadian customers) for the delivery of your item. If for some reason your order cannot be shipped within that time you will receive an email.

Once your order is shipped (usually within 2 days after placing your order), you will receive an email with your tracking number. PLEASE NOTE: I am not responsible for your package once it is shipped. You must use your tracking number to track it at www.usps.com. 

If you need shipping faster than Priority Mail, please email us and we will have it shipped via Express Mail for an additional charge. 

Please provide the correct and current address of where the package is to be shipped. Adornments By Alicia is not responsible for your package going to the wrong address.
